If I don't hear anything by noon tomorrow I'll call and see if I can catch someone at home. I didn't want to call and disturb them today. I just called and left a voice mail (hopefully coherent enough to understand coz I set the alarm to get up early to call and I haven't had my caffiene yet) asking them to call or email me. I told them that a few hundred of Heidi's closest friends are wondering how she's doing. If I hear anything I'll let y'all know immediately. Deb Posted November 18, 2009 Share Posted November 18, 2009 That was fast! As soon as I hit post on that, my phone rang and it was Fred. He said that the surgery went great and Heidi is up and moving around. He said that she's impatient to go home where she can rest in her own bed. <huge sigh of relief> I think I forgot to ask him when she's coming home (I still just have one eye open) but he said she was just waiting for them to let her go so hopefully it will be soon. The surgery went very well and she might be coming home today! We saw her yesterday, she said she was in no more pain, and they gave her the good pills, haha. Then she fell asleep." Sounds good!
