madtex1967
Here is a Model Homes San Francisco that are becoming very rare. I feel the price is a bit high. I sold two of these kits about 9 months ago for $100 less each. They are a small footprint house and the kits are great. It is the same company that is my Cape May. https://www.ebay.com/itm/125042024965?hash=item1d1d15e205:g:bJQAAOSw~9xhsSNz
miniaddicted
Matt- are the walls built or do you have to literally glue together many pieces to create a wall?

They are pieces or panels of wall you build up, the same construction as Dura-Craft kits. They are usually are 4 clapboards per piece. The interior sides of the panels are smooth. Not really fair to compare though as the Brinka’s were intended to be played with. I really liked what they were doing with their houses. Would be a fun house to redo. I wish they were still in business.
