MiniMadWoman
Wow, what a beautiful house! I love the landscaping! Thanks for sharing Tracy!
CJEP
I love the house and especially love the landscaping. What kit is it? I think that is the kit my mother made me when I was young and I stupidly got rid of ten years ago before I got interested in dollhouses again. It had major things wrong after we had loaned it to my cousins and then my cat thought it was a house for him and he liked to chew on the walls, so I decided I couldn't keep it and have it just take up space in my small apartment. Anyway, thanks for sharing the link, Tracy. And if anyone knows what kit it is, please let me know. I know I have pictures somewhere of my old house. I'll have to look for them. Minis On The Edge
I just noticed the price is $25,000 (I knew that part) but there is a reserve on it so they are asking for more
goodteach0
Yes, it is absolutely gorgeous, stunningly gorgeous but $25,000 ? Nah I don't think so...way too much money in my opinion.
Minis On The Edge
Don't you wish people appreciated the time and effort & love and care that goes into these houses? If people really understood, then people would get paid that type of money for that type of a house (Hey....I like to daydram ). It looks wonderful though! SusannaT
That is such a gorgeous house. I'd never have the heart to sell it. Personally I loved the stuffed attic
doogster
While I appreciate the time and effort I do think 25G is way too steep. You can just about buy a Noel Thomas custom built house for that.
havanaholly
With all the time & effort that went into building that house, I agree with Tracy, and I hope a serious collector with serious money buys it.
heidiiiii
That is a gorgeous house. I wish I had the time, patience, talent, and wallet to be able to do something like that.
Charlene
That is lovely and the landscaping is gorgeous but 25K? Hmmm. I only paid 38K for my first real house!
Blondie
I do think it is beautiful, but I've been into a lot of your galleries and I like a lot of your houses better. I'm not insulting the house, but I think yours are prettier. Seriously.
chesterfieldzoo
Wow, what a lot of great ideas. I like the floor level lighting to accent things. Wouldn't spend that much to buy though. Maybe to build my own....
Minis On The Edge
Doogster, I guess I like to daydream from time to time that there are people out there that appreciates this wonderful form of art which is Minis . You know we are all artists. So far though, I have never seen anything sell for the starting price and it does make me curious to know what the reserve is. Blondie, Thanks for your sweet words too!!

Mini Man
Well that certainly is a very nice looking house, but if it's worth $25K, then many of you are millionaires... I've seen much nicer looking houses in our Gallery!
