Sabetha is a very rural, agricultural town 70 miles west of St.Joe, Mo. and 70 miles north of Topeka; I like to call it '70 miles from nowhere'. By way of introduction, I am a Disabled American Veteran, who by necessity, works only from my apartment. I am a painter of miniatures, but usually the 1/32 scale type. As of lately, I am having some difficulty with my left hand so I decided to explore the world of miniatures, as in the 1" variety. I thought I could add a bit to the community by designing room boxes. Since I am a novice to mini's I have many questions and have been assured that the fine folks that make up this community will be very helpful. I've been working along in 1:12 and this year decided to experiment with 1:24, so I definitely agree that you'll probably find 1:12 a nicer scale to mini in!
