havanaholly
I don't know how many of their older kits Dura-Craft re-issued in MDF before they bellied up, I mostly recall they did the San Franciscan and I think the Marquam Hill.

I missed this initial posting. These would look fabulous in the Merrimack, but they are way out of my price range. I can only use them for inspiration. minilover62
I am waiting to see if they actually sale this kits at $200 each, because they are nice and everything, but realistically WAY too expensive.

They aren't kits, they are pre-made and include the little roombox and all the accessories. Still pricey though.

minilover62
This is a very good catch at just $20, easy to finish.I can't tell for sure witch one this is. Looks like a Lawbre farmhouse, but the side door and the partitions inside are not familiar. https://madison.craigslist.org/bab/5970763421.html
rodentraiser
It's not the Lawbre Farmhouse. I thought it might be the Celerity house, but I don't think it's that either. I don't recognize it straight off, but there are so many farmhouses and they all look sort of the same. I'm not familiar with them all.
Guest
Does anyone know what kit this is, or if it is a kit? It looks like it could be one but I'm not sure. I think this house is cute as a button but I'm not interested in the price.. lol So if it is a kit, I'd like to keep an eye out for a cheaper one. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Large-doll-house-hand-made-Victorian-style-need-TLC-/332112243994?hash=item4d536ead1a:g:rH8AAOSw241Yk5IH

minilover62
Very interesting bash of two Dura-Craft Newbergs https://stlouis.craigslist.org/clt/5990661930.html I love the Artply Franklin house design, specially the location of the stairs and the front balcony. I only just found out it was the Franklin too. I really like this house. I particularly like how they changed out the windows on the expensive one I found. You could probably do that to yours if you want to. I have to admit I'm a bit jealous at your find. We don't have craigslist over here or a large dollhouse community & the few locally made commercial dollhouses don't float my boat, so finds like yours are non existent. Shipping a rehab from the USA would be cost prohibitive so kits are all I can get unfortunately.

I am so new at this so I will be asking many questions and searching the internet for how to's. I just hope I can do it justice. Craigslist has its ups and downs but I can't imagine not having the resources to go to. I love repurposing things and finding 2nd hand items. It's a shame you don't have a bigger dollhouse community.
