This is an old Model Homes dollhouse called the Mini Mansion, for those in the NW area. Windows and doors look to be original to the house. Owner says price is negotiable.

Gah! It is already gone! Any photos? I googled Model Homes dollhouse Mini Mansion and no dice for me...tho I didn't dig much.

There was a picture of it in the Miniatures Catalog 4th Edition. It's a smaller edition of the Model Homes Victorian Mansion with a two story bay window that went up the side of the house and ended up being a small tower at the roof line. I really liked the house. I don't know if the owner sold it or decided to keep it (I would have), or if the ad expired. Anyway, I had emailed him to let him know about our forum, so maybe he'll come on here and let us know what happened.

Meantime, here is another nice deal in the Puget Sound area:

And if anyone wants a full size Bungalow house for a good price, there's this:

I like this vintage house - if I got it, I wouldn't change a thing except to uncover the original tile in that bathroom...it is peeking out at us and nicer than the plastic tile over it. I love the period wallpaper. I like houses with historical/vintage character like this.

That, my friend, is the Arlington by Walmer with an addition.

Here is a great buy if in the area (Grayslake, IL).  It is the Shadow on the Tech dollhouse from plans from Doll Domiciles.  It is VERY big and needs some TLC.  But it sure could be a beauty!

Kelly, I sent him an email inquiring, but no answer yet. The sad thing is that I went to Ann Arbor this week, and saw the posting and was about to go over there,, but I went with my family and decided no inconvenience them, big mistake I guess!

That was so nice of you, thank you. It's OK, you wouldn't have any way to get it to me either, short of driving here. I wish I could afford to go there.

Anyway, I sent an email yesterday asking if they would consider breaking the house up and shipping it flat and the woman said she would ask her husband.

EDIT: Update: I decided that I wouldn't put these people through taking apart a house that large and trying to pack it and ship it. So I sent them another email saying that if they didn't get any buyers and really wanted to do that, to contact me and I'd buy the house, but in the meantime to sell it to anyone who was interested.

Thank you, but I couldn't afford to drive there and back. It would take me a week and I'm not sure my car would make it. Besides, I wouldn't have anywhere to sleep if the house were in the back of the car. LOL I have a house here already and I was just going to go out tomorrow and start on the basement. I really don't need the Nantucket and if it was shipped flat, it would probably have to stay like that for a couple years before I could put it together.

If anyone else in that area sees it and wants to give it a good home, go for it.

Does anyone recognize this house? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Handmade-fairytale-lighted-House-with-figures-/172506833637?hash=item282a3562e5:g:ZF0AAOSwnHZYjoLL

Elements of it remind me of my two Bill Lankford cottages so I'm wondering if this is also one of his. I'm guessing it's quarter scale from the dimensions

While looking for hours for some nowhere to be found mid century forniture for my Highland, I found this 2 extremely rare (and in this case also pricey!) Miners 1/2" scale Living Room and Dining Room sets. I know somebody here was after them before:
