Added a banister to my floating staircase, better?

You couldn't pay me to climb those stairs without something to hang on to-fear of heights. When we go to Colorado through Wolf Creek Pass, I hide my nose in a book and avoid looking out at that huge drop on my side of the road! When you are level with the tops of 50 ft trees, that's scary!

I don't really have a fear of heights, but I have an awful fear of falling!

I had two curved staircases and thought I'd place them in a house where they were just connected to each other in one 3 story entry - then I found a pic of of that in a real house and am I glad I didn't - I'd be shaking every time I looked at that house.

Anyway, I like the way this rail went on - it's there, but very unobstrusive. (how do you spell that word?)
