buzz805
Hi to all readers, My login name is buzz805 - real name Ken. I have a 2 and 1/2 year old granddaughter and have been wanting to build her something from grand pa - I spotted a Marquam Hill Mansion kit on the Denver Craig's list - so picked it up and decided to build her a scale or minature dollhouse. Well the kit did not have instructions and had been opened and repacked by the original owner - who claims "all parts are there". Time will tell. I do have intermediate woodworking skills and a fair collection of woodworking equipment so I think I'm up to the challenge. I plan to document the project's progress and will post pictures along the way. Looking forward to the project and being a member of the minature community. Lynette Smith
Hi Ken! I'm poised to start a Duracraft Farmhouse soon. I must say it has me more intimidate than the GL - the instructions are more confusing and mine has no tabs! Good luck with the house! Shy Spirit
Hello, and welcome to the forum! You'll find us a very helpful, inquisitive group here - I hope you'll share many pics with us, and enjoy building this dollhouse for your little granddaughter. Luckily, she is young, and you can take your time with it. She will appreciate it so much when she is a little older. What a thoughtful grandpa!
