Anyone in the Upstate SC area looking for a new, still-in-the-box Greenleaf Tiffani kit? I saw this on Craigslist last night. I'm tempted because the price seems nice, but I have several houses waiting in the wings already.

Half scale Thornhill kit with components, this kit is hard to find: https://www.ebay.com/itm/115839421461

I don't see the floor or roof sheets. Hopefully they are underneath. There is a point of a triangle in one of the pics. Wood looks in good shape and the others are just straight cuts if missing. It is a good find!  Viewing on my phone so that makes a difference too.

That's a good point, the parts do look a little skimpy. Hopefully the seller actually checked since they make a point of saying all parts are there.

I recently bought this vintage 1983 Fairfield kit from Ebay, because a friend told me that the vintage kits are better quality. It was about the same price as a new one would've been, so I figured it was worth a try.

I think she's probably right. The price of lumber has gone up dramatically, especially in the last five to ten years. It wouldn't surprise me if Greenleaf and other miniature companies changed suppliers or even the type of wood to maintain affordability for the kits.

That looks like a good deal for $300! I like the windows. (I think they're Lawbre windows?)

@Wendigo good luck with your Fairfield, I hope it's in good shape. Unfortunately the sheets in older die cut kits are often warped after years of storage, or have water or bug damage. I hope that's not the case for yours! I've never heard that vintage kits are better -- for luan plywood kits like Greenleaf's, I think it's often the opposite.

I like the windows too. They did a nice job, I even like the color scheme 😉

If I found some discontinued items at a small business site, can I still post it here?

Sure!

Well, heck. Now they're sold out.

I found this the other day. It's built from plans in an old book that I have. I'm not sure it's worth $500, but it's an interesting house. Of course, it would have to be stripped down and rewired and repapered, too.

Rare chance to get a new Garfield kit posted at $275 at Ebay, but i just got an offer from the seller lowering about $40 more bucks.  if anyone is interested in the beautiful and huge Garfield, maybe this is your chance for a good deal. https://www.ebay.com/itm/134714026293?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D777008%26algo%3DPERSONAL.TOPIC%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20221115143056%26meid%3D8fe96f2bc1864d459b4b1e693bb86fd8%26pid%3D101612%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26itm%3D134714026293%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D4375194%26algv%3DRecentlyViewedItemsV2%26brand%3DGreenleaf&_trksid=p4375194.c101612.m4236&_trkparms=parentrq%3A71062f5318a0aab36e9a6e61ffff2076|pageci%3A15318158-4db1-11ee-b4f0-5aed1603801d|iid%3A1|vlpname%3Avlp_homepage

Also at Ebay, there is this very rare 1/4" scale wooden Victorian Tracy House, already started and with must of the components included. I am very tempted to get it, but i still can't find the way to restart my dollhouse passion. I hope someday it will come back. This is why after selling must of my collection last year, I saved lots of my smaller scales items in case that fire comes back. https://www.ebay.com/itm/186061319710

On this page you can see a Tracy House listed for a Seattle Miniature Show last year i believe. It is a beautiful cute house.http://www.seattleminiatureshow.com/mini-acres.html
