A couple years ago my husband, sons & I were taking a trip cross country for our summer vacation. The vacation turned out to be the trip from h*ll. We first broke down while at Yellow Stone National Park - we stopped to see Old Faithful and the motorhome wouldn't start up again. Spent the night at a garage there at the park - got towed to town the next day - fixed the motorhome - took off again and broke down again before leaving the state. After several break-downs & mechanics shops - we ended up having to rent a car to drive home - four weeks early and thousands of dollars poorer. Wasn't a bit funny at the time, but now - a few years later - I can see the humor in all the nights spent camping out in mechanics parking lots (the last straw was spending the night in our motorhome in a junk yard where we had been towed - in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere).
