MiniMadWoman
Here is the link Irene. Hee hee, I knew if I scrolled down far enough someone would have posted the link! Thanks Wendy! That is a gorgeous house! If I had the money I'd definitely buy it . . . worth every penny!! I absolutely love the conservatory addition! How cute is that? :welcome:
Anna
They are truly lovley houses!! When my MIL and I were over to London attending a mini show some years ago (and it is definitley time to do that again by the way LOL) we saw these in the real and they were awwwwwesome, and I had my hands on one of the smaller shops and decided in the end not to buy it after all as I didn't think I would have the room to carry a ready built shop in my suitcase. After coming home I certainly kicked myself... As for the shipping it isn't that bad to have it shipped within the European Union :welcome: Hugs
uppitycats
Boy, if I didn't already have my Garfield...I'd be SO tempted. It is lovely. I'd love to see it in "real life". And real reasonable shipping, too!
wenlaine
I'm under the impression that these houses are kits? Am I mistaken? Anna, you made it sound like they were already built. Now I'm curious! You're welcome, Teresa, anytime!
havanaholly
Maybe out of most peoples' price range, but appears to be well worth it for the kit, looking at the finished product. Anyone check out Mark Turpin's structures?
Missymew
Lovely house .... I hadn't seen this listing before. Teresa, you're right that the conservatory adds that something extra to the structure. -Susanne
doogster
Vera nice, based on what those kits go for I'd say that's a good price, exspecially with the shipping. I'm not up for paying that for a dollhouse kit right now though.
punkrockminis
The onlt problem with this Sid Cooke house, is that the conservitory and the other basement are sold seperately I believe. Very expensive, but extreamly nice. If I had the money, I would have that house right now!
Minis On The Edge
Holly, I LOVE Mark Turpins work. I go to his table and just drool over everything when he comes to Chicago every year!! Here is his link for everyone else : http://www.markturpin.com/
SusannaT
Is that ever beautiful. I had no time for mini shopping on my last trip to England. Sigh.
havanaholly
Thank you for posting the link, I was going to try from memory, by "pine island" kept coming up & I wasn't sure that wasn't it... If I had a HUGE real house & more money than God, I'd love a couple of his houses, peopled by James Carrington's dolls & Carl Blendheim's dogs.
