darrellandmelissa
While waiting for Darrell to have time to electrify the Garfield, I started the Arthur. The shell seemed to go together rather quickly. I decided to use pink stucco on the outside. Melissa

Missymew
Melissa - You are such a fast builder! I so badly need Ray's help to build, and we can go weeks without having more than a day or so off together. I so love the colours you've chosen - so feminine - and I love pink. Can't wait to see more photos. -Susanne

darrellandmelissa
I have done a little more work on this house, I pout on the window frames. Where the top meets the sides I put in brads to hide the seam. On the porch I added some brads to the railing as well. The rooms now have baseboard and moulding and the curatains installed. In the kitchen you will see some of the furniure I made from the Coventry kit. Melissa
havanaholly
I love the parlor flooring, it sings with the pink drapes (which look so elegant). Did you paint the designs on the kitchen chairs, or are they decals? It all looks so totally girly.

darrellandmelissa
The designs on the chairs are simple pieces of fancy ribbon trim. I am working on making the coffee table shine and starting the chairs that were also in the Coventry kit. Melissa
darrellandmelissa
I finished the Arthur today. I started to take pics but after the first pic the batteries drained. As soon as they charge up, more pics will be added here I also finished the captains bed from the Coventry kit. I broke the 2 chairs form that kit, so I added 2 others I had made to the house. All I have left of the coventry furniture is the desk, which will live in the lighthouse. Melissa
