Desjardin 3 Posted July 2, 2009 I just love these little jars. I will certainly try to make them. Your instructions are so easy to understand. There's only one thing. What did you use to make the covers? You don't mention that and I would really like to know because I have no idea. I'm new to the dollhouse world and I know I have a lot to learn. I bought a house twelve or fourteen years ago and my son started building it for me but he was very busy and could not finish it. It's just been standing there all these years and now I'm just determined to finish it, no matter what. I've purchased a book of instructions which I should be receiving this week. I have lot's of furniture and miniature accessories of all sorts. But the little jars you make are so unique. I don't think we could buy them anywhere. You are truly talented. I just joined this community. I have not even introduced myself to the community yet but I will soon. I'm not very good with computers but this is something else I'm learning. I hope I'm doing everything right and that you get this message and are able to respond because I'm so looking forward to doing these little jars. They're just darling! I was telling my mother about them today and she was so impressed. Sincerely,Lucille.I am signed in as Desjardin. Quote Link to comment
Shy Spirit 92 Posted July 3, 2009 I made a lot of these jars for a Christmas swap - they worked beautifully! The lids are very clever - I know there's an explanation for them here. I'm going to have a quick look-see. Found it!! It's in the description for the photo just before this one. The jar and the lid are on pins. Quote Link to comment
Rhonda from the Bluegrass 7 Posted July 28, 2009 My gosh, I think this is the most realistic pantry I've ever seen. At first, I wondered why anyone would post a picture of their real-life pantry on here - then, I did a double take! Wow! Quote Link to comment

Toppy 0 Posted February 16, 2010 How wonderful!! Since my house is 1/2 scale, do think I could use a soda straw to make smaller jars? Any other suggestions as to what I could use? Quote Link to comment
