queenannediva
Here is a link to a website not only offering to sell Grennleaf kits but also the work. They list a price for the kit, then a price if you want them to build it, then you can select additional items such shingles, siding, paint, wallpapering and flooring (they don't offer wiring though). Prices are listed for each additional item. Most of the Greenleaf houses are listed with each priced respectively. For those of us that like the build this doesn't matter much, but if you have thought about selling your work or just curious about what each step might be worth this site might be helpful. Although I am not familiar with their work so have no idea what their finished product would look like. http://www.customdollhouse.com/beaconhill.htm Valerie

More Minis Dollhouses
Wow, that is very interesting. I had always wondered what these houses assembled would cost. I had gone to a site a long time ago that assembled houses also but they were rediculously expensive. If I remember right, it was almost two grand to assemble the Beacon Hill and that didnt include shipping or the extras. This site is much more reasonable. I had been thinking about selling my work in the future so this information was useful.
Minis On The Edge
Someone posted this site about a year ago. They have the coloring pages for greenleaf houses: http://www.customdollhouse.com/coloring_book.htm
uppitycats
Wow, that's a pretty reasonable price for a fully constructed house! I was expecting it to be a LOT more!

chesterfieldzoo
Wow, great reference for prices. The build isn't bad, but boy the accessories would sure get you in the wallet.
