Well, it's about average for Dura Craft...instructions were not clear and there were some pieces missing that I had to make out of scrap wood. The exterior walls are a tight fit but I do like how the back edge of the second and attic floors lock into a trim piece, making them stronger. And the rooms are big. I would build it again, unlike the Linfied: I will not build that one again! And I thought the yellow was too bright for my taste at first but you know, it kind of grew on me.
