Inherited a giant dollhouse

Recommended Posts

Some years ago I was given a very large unfinished dollhouse.  I figured I would finish it off for my daughters, but I've come to realize I don't have the right disposition for it.

Before it goes to the landfill, I'd like to try to re-home it.  Looking for advice as to whether someone would be interested in it.

Loads of parts, pieces, and small tools must go too.

Wow, beautiful house. Please don't throw it away!

If you don't care about selling it, then putting it on Craigslist for free will probably make someone very happy.

Yes, the 4" table saw, and a variety of other tools will go with it.  Dremel & bits, miniature lathe chisels, small paper cutter, etc.

Also miscellaneous parts & pieces.... Unfinished Railings, moldings, hardwood flooring, little bricks, shingles, windows, & wall paper.

I'd really like for it to go to someone who'd want to finish it.  Originally I thought that person would be me, but I prefer woodworking in real life scale... the attention to detail and fine motor skills required to work in miniature are just not pleasurable for me.

Mid-life madness -- thanks for the link to local clubs.  I'm going to send an email shortly to one nearby.
