ilovecats
This is a pretty one! http://cgi.ebay.com/1920s-Replica-Two-Stor...1QQcmdZViewItem
Minis On The Edge
It is wonderful but it would have gone for more money if there were more pictures and close ups. This person did a wonderful job on this!
SusannaT
I want to see close ups... Love the house additions... Hmmm...maybe I could one day add to my Glencroft.
Brandy
Wow, the outside is awesome and can't beleive it is only $300. You are right, more pics would added more bids.
chelleke1
It's a very beautifull house
sarahnaylor
Thanks for the pictures! I just bought the Glencroft and I love the idea of adding the extra rooms. I don't know if I would pay $300 for this house. It looks like they have already had all of the fun!!!
minilinda2001
The Glencroft is lovely, and the additions are well thought out. I can't believe the price either... Would be great to have better pics! Does E-Bay charge for the number of pics?
ilovecats
I'm not sure how ebay works out their charges, I know several people on this site list items on ebay. I love the Glencroft! this is one of the first kits I purchased. I LOVE this house. One of these years when I build it, it will be an english cottage with walled in garden. doogster
That is a great interpretation of the kit, bad time of year to sell a complete kit too I would think.
Shakyshaky
Yes ebay charges for the extra pics. The first is free and it costs more the more pics you add.
Adallae
Wow! The additions on that house make me wish I'd dared to bash mine....guess I'll have to build another!
minijunkie
This is a real nice house...but this listing definitely needs more pictures....and close-ups! ~Bobbi
MiniMadWoman
Wow, what a beautiful house! They did an awesome job. The auction has ended and it looks like it only went for $300 . . . too bad, I think it's worth a lot more!! It's definitely a 'buyer's' market out there right now!! Minis On The Edge
I agree, it was worth much more than that. Ebay charges 15cents per picture after the first one. For something like this though, it's well worth. The high bidder got it at a wonderful price. It's just such a pretty house!
havanaholly
I agree the seller should have gotten a lot more for the house. There are times it's worthwhile to invest in more pictures.
minilinda2001
Sounds like a case of "penny wise, pound foolish". Maybe take a leaf from all those real estate shows and hire someone to to a proper presentation> MOOLA? We all know how much time, effort and creativity is involved, and this should be recognized. IMHO. I love this house too. It is about the only house that has stairs, fireplaces and window seats in sensible places. (i.e. well-designed) This E-Bay nterpretation makes me wish I had known more and seen more completed houses before I did mine. Oh well, I learn another technique or skill each time I build, so I can't complain. Hopefully I am growing better. I don't have kids, and so far keep all the projects I have done - do you find each project is like a child? Each has its own little charms and attractions?
