LPCullen
Hello all swappers for this swap! Because bakery items are going to be small, I felt like I might need to remind everyone that your swap item(s) are to have a value of $5 each. Since these are most likely going to be small, that may be difficult, but please try to make sure you're meeting the value rule. Also, we're running REAL close to the Christmas mailing crunch with this, so if you all want to ship right after the cut off date to withdraw, feel free. I think I would pay at least $5 for what I made :yucky: As soon as the withdraw date has past, mine will be in the mail Linda
heidiiiii
Linda, you got me thinking...Does my swap item fit the bill? Should I add something to it? So I had an idea while going thru flu delirium. I have some more *making* to make to add to my stuff.
Intrinsicat
I'm really getting the hang of this step by step process... I'm not used to working in miniature! Before this it was mostly baking stuff for my tyke's class!! You have to do everything right then and there. This is more like do a step... let it dry.. come back in a few hours or tomorrow... much more relaxed and fun!!! I just discovered this mini world around July... I'm thoroughly enjoying it... Did you make the canes for the candy yourself? That's one thing I haven't gotten proficient in yet, the canes.
Minis On The Edge
Susanna, that is just SOOoooo Beautiful!!! You should be proud of yourself because THAT is a master piece!
SusannaT
The long side of the house is 1 1/4 inch, height is 1 inch. Oh and it took me a while... ha! Plus I keep getting tiny dust pieces that show up in the white fimo. And yes, I made the canes too. Saw a picture online somewhere and thought I'd try it. I've also made fruit canes. Still learning. In fact I thought I might even sell some of the stuff I've been making. Anyone willing to give me a ballpark sum for that house? I need to do research...
