I'm having a little trouble figuring out the house - is it two houses? One on a turntable on top of the other? or is just the top part the actual house? All the pictures are sideways so it's a little difficult to see how it goes. Looks like it's a nice house, though. The ad says "orange county" - is that California or Florida?
