CJEP
http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Wood-2-Story-D...1QQcmdZViewItem The seller obviously is not into dollhouses since he/she considers this to be a large one. Isn't this a Laurel with a chimney and some extras? Not a bad price but it definitely needs some work.
ilovecats
i think it's a washington, a vintage greenleaf. It's not the laurel, i'm just not sure of the name
chesterfieldzoo
This house was a topic in another thread. It is a Washington. It is the same house as my haunted house (shown in my gallery) It can be seen in Tracy's retired kits gallery. It is more of a medium size. Bigger than the orchid. Minis On The Edge
It is the washington I have been tempted to bid on it since it's not too far away from me. I just don't like to refurbish houses. I like to build from start to finish but at $8 I think I may be crazy to let it go....
Missymew
Tracy - I'd love to see how you'd redo this house. At $8 it's a great fixer upper. -Susanne
uppitycats
Oh, man, my klikkin finger is twitching. Racine is just 2-1/2 hours from me...and it's way cute... but I can't. I can't. I can't....
Hallowell
Cute house, maybe I can get my partners sister from Chicago to pick it up for me. I'd love another remodel.
MiniMadWoman
What a great starting price! Tracy, you should go for it . . . refurbishment is not a 'four' letter word! I"d be tempted too, it's so close, but my Willowcrest is devouring all my attention right now!
molmrath
Man, I wish I lived closer. That is a cute little house, and a great price.

Minis On The Edge
I have the kit downstairs in my garage (Which is the reason why I keep telling myse;f I do not need this one ) It would be easier for me to build and edit while building. Remeber, I don't use power tools :thumb: You know......You all are NOT helping me fight the urges
CJEP
Tracy, I think you should as well. If you decide you don't want to deal with it I'm sure you could get someone from here who would buy it from you since you would be willing to ship it. Several people have already mentioned they would like it but can't get it easily. Sorry, I didn't help fight those urges either.
Minis On The Edge
If someone wants me to buy it for them, send me a PM. You'll just pay that price and actual shipping & for a box. I have LOTS of Peanuts and bubble wrap . The shingles look pretty beat up and it's dusty but the stucture looks good! Yeap I am only minutes away from Racine
havanaholly
I'd love another remodel I wish I'd known you when I started trying to fix the Storybook Cottage (I'm hoping to get the rest of the refurbish pictures processed today/ this week so I can post my sow's-ear-to-rayon-purse makeover). uppitycats
All right, all right, all right. "I am UppityCats and I am a house-aholic..." I bought it. I'm not sure how I'm going to get it home, but I bought it anyway. I emailed Tracy, but she hasn't gotten back to me, so I coerced a reluctant friend into agreeing to pick it up for me (Tracy, if you're out there, I'd rather pay to have get it and mail it to me, if you're still willing!!) But..I showed it to my husband who actually started talking about how to fix it up and what he'd do to help...so since he was so agreeable. ... If I can get it here, I figured, if nothing else, for $8, I'll learn a lot about dollhouse rehab... I know..excuses, excuses. As I said: "I am UppityCats and I am a house-aholic..."
