wenlaine
Hi and Welcome to the forum, Barbara. You are so lucky to have been given this house as a gift. It's one of the most beautiful and I hope to own one myself soon. Read over the instructions many times and get a feel for the house and then gather up a few things such as clamps, masking tape and a good wood glue etc. and then you're off. Read what others have done and take a look at all the pictures of other's Garfields to get ideas and tips. Take your time and enjoy the process. Wendy Ohh, and take lots of pictures!!! mininut
Welcome-- I'm new to the community myself but have been working on my dollhouse for many years. Just be sure to read the directions a few times before starting to get a feel for the house. I also decided on wallpaper and such before I completed my house because the walls were easier to get to before I was finished constructing. I also put in lights before I was finished for the same reason. Have fun--they are a blast! Stacey
