More Minis Dollhouses
It is very nice is it one of those lilliput houses? Yes, this is a front opening Lilliput. Ill have more pics of it real soon. Its so easy to build that you whiz right through it but it still has its struggles with the heavy pieces and nailing into MDF. AustinHighRider
Okay... I saw that little house on Ebay, and it didn't seem to be all that wonderful. So please tell the parts you added. You must have added the hinged front? Was the back piece already there or did you do that yourself as well? You must have added the staircase as well. Please say more about the parts you added. Thanks. PS: I went to your blog and only saw pictures for this house. I don't know if I missed your description of what you did.
Lisa_F
The house looks great Gina! Wow you work fast!!! I'm working on the RGT Front opening Montgomery & so far I've only got the basic shell constructed.
AustinHighRider
Okay... I was totally off on this house. I looked up the strawberry patch and that kit runs over 200 dollars. I THOUGHT, when I first saw the house, that THIS was the kit you were starting from: ebay link That's why I was so confused about the open front and stairs, etc.

The Strawberry Patch house I bought is from Real Good Toys. Its one scale and comes with all of the components you see on mines. I didnt have to buy anything extra. The house on your link is a wooden puzzle house. I think that WoodCraft makes it. It looks exactly like the Strawberry Patch but it isnt. I dont know if Real Good Toys gave them permission to use this same house style so I wont call it a design rip off officially. There is another puzzle house made by the same people that looks identical to the Apple Blossom as well. Oops I also forgot to add that in my blog you can find the construction of the Strawberry Patch in the archives. That describes exactly what I did during construction.
