CatColorado
Here is a list of what people have indicated they would like to do: Haunted Seasonal Fall Christmas Swap partners where you choose your theme Nautical What I would like to discuss is which month/which theme. It is unlikely that I can participate in an August swap, however I might be able to do a swap partner type thing that month instead since I would just be making items for one person. This also a good time to bring up any other themes you would like to see us do.
smallhouset
Definately a haunted/ halloween swap!
CatColorado
What month? September or October?
Minis On The Edge
A Castle or Medieval swap would be great or fantasy themed swap (fairy stuff, enchanted garden).
CatColorado
If we do a Castle theme, then it could include fantasy and medieval elements.
havanaholly
In your copper bathtub thread I had mentioned bathtub toys, it could also include other bathroom goodies.
CatColorado
We just had a bed and bath swap, although no one made any tub toys. How many different tub toys can you think of? I'm maxed out at 3. I kind of like the idea of cleaning supplies. I think those add alot of realism and fun to a scene.
nuttiwebgal
ok Im in for this if we are doing a castle swap...my castle just happens to be 1/2 scale! so count me in! I have NOOO idea and NOOOO supplies but I wanna play! nutti
smallhouset
I think a haunted/halloween swap should be sept. so we have time to decorate for halloween. A castle swap would be fun too, but I definately think we need christmas/ holiday one. I need a christmas tree and wreaths for the Faifield. Maybe it could be for Nov. Cleaning supplies would be so cute. They can be used all over the house, Windex, paper towels next to the windows and a tiny toilet brush I know what I want to make already. terri
CatColorado
Okay, how about: Haunted/Halloween for September Castle for October Christmas for November and Cleaning supplies with tub toys for December Nautical and Travel for January How is that for a time line? hydroped
Those sound like some pretty good swaps - I like the nautical idea too Time line looks pretty good because it gives time to decorate for Halloween and for Christmas -David
CatColorado
We could do a Nautical/travel theme for January. That way, those of us who can't afford a vacation can live vicariously through our hobby

CatColorado
Well, it's nautical and travel so you could do steamer trunks, boarding passes, passports, luggage, sailor suits , travel posters, souvenirs from your journeys, etc.

havanaholly
Joann Swanson did a fishing shaack project in an issue of DHM and it might be fun to use up kit scraps making itty bitty lobster pots!
CatColorado
I remember that issue! I think I have a copy of the article somewhere. Terri just reminded me that I did not have anything listed for August, so I am officially listing 'swap partners' for that month's swap.
