Major Downsizing - Listing 1, Greenleaf & RGT Kits, Magazines, Catalogs & More

Hi all,

Unfortunately I'm in a place in my life where I don't have the time or space to work on miniatures and money is tight so I have to downsize. I have a bunch of stuff to sell: furniture, accessories, kits, catalogs/magazines, maybe even some supplies. A lot of this stuff i have had around for a long time and I either had no plans of working on or using most of it. I was keeping it just in case it came in handy someday or for future projects that I'll never get to. I'd hate to throw this stuff out (Already accidentally lost my loganberry mill in the shuffle. It got put in the trash pile) so I'm posting here because I want to see it go to a good home. Much of it is in storage at the moment so as i work my way through I'll list different things each week. Greenleaf Dollhouse Greenhouse Kit New in package - I opened it to check it out but it's complete

Real Good Toys Quickbuild Classic Colonial

The one up for sale was an in-store display model so it will need some minor rehabbing but otherwise is in excellent pre-built condition.

The Haunted House Dollhouse Kit

Not Greenleaf brand but it's the exact same kit. Bought it at a garage sale. Looks complete. I can inspect it further if anyone is interested.

Jeffrey, if your Miiniature Collector magazines don't have dates on the front cover, look at the little boilerplate that lists the editorial staff, etc; the date will be down where the copyright info is, if not on every page.
