fov
I bought the Quicker Wicker half scale settee and chair from Miniatures.com for my puzzle house. They arrived yesterday and I put the settee together already. Has anyone else built any of these? The kits are much simpler than I expected, since the bulk of the piece is cast in resin. Sort of made me wonder why the whole piece of furniture wasn't cast in resin. But it's still cute furniture and different than a lot of the half scale stuff out there. I've posted my impressions of the settee kit here, for anyone who's thinking of trying them. The ones I bought are half scale but these kits also come in 1:12. justmesue
I like it. I'd seen these, but assumed they'd be a bear to assemble. Thanks for posting this.
lmgervais
I haven't seen the ressin ones. However, I did get a couple of kits where they give you wire pieces, a wood base and waxed linen. They went together fairly quickly and were fairly easy to do once you got the hang of it.
