I bought mine on craigslist too, for the same exact price LOL....however I hope you get luckier than I did because when I went through the parts list it was missing two walls. Ive still kept it, but will have to get creative figuring out how to complete it. Its a cool house congrats :-)

Looks like a bargain? Trust me it is. I paid $160. for mine plus $30.00 shipping and that was a bargain considering what they used to retail for. This is the kind of phoenominal windfall that I scour eBay for every day. Have fun enjoy it, it's a fabulous house to put together.

I finally got around to checking it out. Everything is there except for 3 small pieces of siding (which I can cut from left overs) and one of the door pins. Not bad at all, this is going to be quite a project.
