doogster
It says to e-mail for shipping costs, if you're interested I'd go ahead and ask, there's really nothing to lose.
CJEP
Wow, what a great price for a Beacon Hill fully furnished. I like the building and decorating too much to go for one that already is done though personally.
Annette
What a great price for everything included. Some lucky person will get a really nice house and furnishings. I have to agree Carrie, part of the fun is building and decorating it yourself. :thumb:

uppitycats
That's a beauty! I'm *almost* close enough I could go and pick it up!! :thumb:
chesterfieldzoo
I love the colors on that house. It's not too far from me....but alas, I too like the building part.
Marlene
Nice house but I too would rather build and do my own decorating. There seems to be a lot of premade houses lately on ebay...surely for the Xmas season for all the people who want a house but don't want to build one or to give as a gift. I already have one to build
Bonsaikathy
Wow, it's gorgeous! I had a friend give me her Bellingham farmhouse a couple weeks ago and from Louisiana it cost 65$ for shipping and packaging from the UPS store.
