ndtono
I just ran across this and do not know where it is (was) suppose to go??? Yikes!!
Bonsaikathy
Looks to me like the trim for the front of a cottage under the roof. Kat
MiniMadWoman
Ummm . . . no . . . it's garbage!! Just a piece between the pieces you were supposed to use!
Anna
Ummm . . . no . . . it's garbage!! Just a piece between the pieces you were supposed to use! hihihi.... oh my, how easy it is to sort of get that "eeeek" gut feeling! DO I know that feeling well or WHAT?!?!? Must feel pretty good to start breathing normally again huh?!? Hugs
maresiedotes
Anna, I know the feeling! I'm building the Garfield and am afraid I'll end up with "extra" pieces, in spite of labeling and being super-careful!
ndtono
I had to leave for awhile and couldn't wait to get back to find out just where this was suppose to go..it was with the Orchid pieces..tried to fit it everywhere it could have gone or should have gone.. I am not too sure it is garbage, but it sure is a mystery to me..the picture had arrows pointing to the tabs and said roof tabs...huh? oh well.... sarahnaylor
I agree, it's garbage. I remember thinking the same thing myself. I always keep all of my pieces until I am done just in case. Hope this helps!
MiniMadWoman
I am not too sure it is garbage, but it sure is a mystery to me..the picture had arrows pointing to the tabs and said roof tabs...huh? Trust me, Sara, it's garbage . . . but if you really want to put it on the house by all means do so . . . it's your house!
Minis On The Edge
That piece is not needed for the Orchid but if you think it can be used somewhere else then I say keep it. Everytime I build the Orchid, I look at that piece trying to figure out where it goes and then the lightbulb eventually goes off (it's garbage )
havanaholly
It's only garbage if you can't eventually use it some day... (see the thread on not throwing anything away) I save all kit scraps for one year; by then the accumulation cuts into my work space. The scraps from two plywood sheets provide enough kindling to make a campfire, BTW.
doogster
It's a very scientifically designed calliper for reading EKG's. Unless you don't know how to read EKG's, then it's useless. :thumb:
nuttiwebgal
The scraps from two plywood sheets provide enough kindling to make a campfire, BTW. I keep this stuff also...its always dry and can be used to get the fire going in the old woodstove. so none of my dollhouse kit goes to waste. card board is good for bases for landscaping and such. nutti  :thumb:
ndtono
some really funny remarks..enjoyed your responses..ok it is garbage..I will not worry anymore...thanks
uppitycats
One person's garbage is another person's.. "..hey, I could use that for (name something here)" so it NEVER gets thrown away, or GASP!! BURNED!!! I have a huge pile of scraps from my Garfield (and yes, some of them even were supposed to go on it, like roof trim that I'm NOT gonna use!) and my husband refuses to dispose of any of them. "You never know when you might need this!" is the excuse...
