PORCH FINISHED

WOOHOO! THE PORCH IS FINISHED! I HAVE TO FINISH SHINGLING THE ROOF, FINISH THE BASE FRONT AND BACK (THINKING OF REMOVING THE BRICK PAPER) AND ADD THE TRIM UNDER THE EAVES BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE OUTSIDE WILL BE COMPLETED. NOW I HAVE TO JUST CUT AND INSTALL THE CROWN MOULDING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND FINISH UP THE EDGES OF THE WALLS AND THE HOUSE WILL BE FINISHED.

I went to miniatures.com and bought the windows, doors, shingles and porch railings/spindles. The porch posts are just some wood scraps and the corner moulding was at a dollhouse shop two hours from my town but I'm pretty sure you could find it online too. The porch roof itself is only made from matt board. :D First time I'd ever used it before and I loved it! So many possibilities.
