That is one majestic house or should I say mansion.  Let me start by saying that I am very happy for you and excited to see how you transform this beauty.  My question is this....is it worth the hype?  Again I’m not trying to be a “debbie downer” here but could you justify the price new?

My question comes from a place of curiosity rather than criticism.  What makes Lawbre so special?

I have two Lawbre houses now, and love them! I especially love my continual work on them as they both came to me as rehab type houses. Love your inspector, and can't wait to see what you two do with this beautiful house!  :)
