90th Birthday Present

Today we are celebrating my Grandma's 90th birthday :)

I made this little shadow box for her.

My Grandpa bought a clock just like the one hanging on the wall, Grandma still has it, she has a little bird she calls Baby, and she loves to crochet. She also used to have a little orange cat named Mitzie (sadly the orange cat I ordered didn't come in time... so I had to put in a grey one) ... and she enjoys a cup of tea.... I can't wait to give her this :)

I can't wait until you give it to her too. This is a most thoughtful gift and something I would like to do for my friends some day. I wish Grandma a very happy birthday and much happiness.

Oh, this is wonderful. Can't wait to see how much she enjoys it. This is what it's all about. Using our gifts to share and bless others.

If it still bothers you later on, maybe you can swap out the cat when it arrives to finish it the way you wanted.

Grammie loved the shadow box... I think she was a little overwhelmed with the surprise party... but she had fun.... she doesn't get to have all 6 of her grandchildren and 1 great grand child together very often...
