Anna
I sooo know what you are talking about, I only pass this one out with the warning, "sit well on the chair, no drink/warm/hot/fragile things in your other hand, only have the speakers on moderate" etc and it still scares some people so bad. As for me, I did get a kick out of it after while LOL (not to mention that I had unsuspicious hubby who fell for it as well and now that was plain fun ) Hugs

MicroJivvy
Now I know why it's startling! I didn't have the sound on. Wow!! ohhhhhhhhhhhh... see, I've never even hooked up my speakers... I saw this "scare" on a couple of lists and just didn't get it (and I startle VERY easily). sound... that must be the difference. MiniMadWoman
Sound makes all the difference . . . it's like watching a scary movie with no sound . . . it's just not that scary without the music!! I made hubby do this last night. For someone who doesn't 'scare' easily . . . I actually saw him jump! I love it!! I actually only scared him one other time . . . I jumped out from behind the armoire!! Hee Hee!!
brenda73147
well, all i can say is i'm glad i found this in the morning, and not real late at night after everyone else had gone to bed. just sent it too my future daughter in law who lives by herself and now wondering if i should warn her, oh she's young she'll be ok. but as for me i take a beta blocker to keep my heart rate down, needless to say i really need it now. Scared me to death. Brenda
