The floors didn't come out exactly perfect but I think they are pretty good. This will be the kitchen floor where Alice and the white rabbit will have tea and cakes. I didn't want to tile as this is for my daughter and the younger siblings might get into it. So what do you think? Be kind this is my first work!

Nice beginning, Arda!

I noticed you primed/painted the tabs. You may want to sand or scrape them off before you try to dry fit. Even a little paint expands them enough so they won't easily slide into the slots. You may have to run an emery board inside the slots to loosen them, too.

Thanks for the tip. They are covered in painters tape. but I will sand them a little. :)

Your floor looks good. I like the Alice theme.

Yes I thought the Alice theme is neat isn't it? I thought it would be nice as this is the doll she requested for her birthday. I may make the haunted house for her later as she requested the nightmare before christmas dolls from this site for christmas.

You're off to a good start, but do save yourself heartake by fixing up the paint on tabs. Been there, it makes the job tough, and slows you down, 'cause paint makes the tabs fat, and the slots thinner. It's looking good!
