Mid-life madness
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed a shortage of paint in the hobby stores? I have been to Joann, Hobby Lobby and Michael's recently and it is slim pickings. I am talking about the 2ounce bottles of brands like Folk Art etc.....but it is all brands? Is it just my area? I know people are looking for things to do at home, but I wonder if it has something to do with manufacturing plants being closed due to the virus. Most are made in the U.S.A. fov
I recently ended up on the Plaid website looking for something and they have a notice that says they're not accepting orders due to covid and everything is marked as "out of stock." They make a lot of the craft paints.
havanaholly
Apparently Liquitex is still going strong.
Medieval
Folk Art paints are fully stocked on western NY shelves. It's yarn we are short on out here!
jdodyd
I was shocked to see the almost empty shelves of craft paint at the local Joann's store in Elk River, Minnesota. I did manage to get what I was looking for - an off-white - though.
