mininecessities
I can't remember what it is used for, but want some on hand. A food item I think. Anyway heard that most craft stores carry such a thing? I get to go to the big city tomorrow and to Michaels......would they have such a thing? or it said you can use black sand......Does anyone know where to buy the crushed pits? lol by the way, you can print it online from their site, there is a 25% off of your total purchase , even sales items, at Michaels good through the 20th. won't work on clearance but does work on sale items. I love it when I need these odd things that are hard to find haha.........
queenannediva
Yes, I purchased both black sand and crushed apricot pits at Michael's. The black sand was in the flower arranging dept and the crushed pits were in the soap making dept. Enjoy your shopping trip! minikelli
I know I actually save and crush my own as well, some things I just can't justify buying. lol Reason to have them though, is they make lovely crusts for mini-cheesecakes.
queenannediva
Crushed apricot pits? Are you harvesting arsenic? Both are used for making polymer bread - at least that is what I use them for. Valerie
