kandykidsaturn
I cannot seem to locate dura crafts official website to see their line of doll houses!! Anyone got a link?
Kitten
Duracraft is no longer in business, so there is no official site.
kandykidsaturn
As I suspected! Thank you so much! There sure are a lot of kits still around though! Wow!!

Minis On The Edge
Yeah they have been gone completely for about 5 years now
rodentraiser
I was reading a friend's old Nutshell News magazines and it was so sad to read of a letter someone wrote in praising Duracraft for their help in sending pieces that were missing form a kit. Not that I don't love RGT and Greenleaf, but it makes me want to cry to see all the dollhouse companies that have gone out of business. kandykidsaturn
It really is sad. A lot of great companies have gone out of business in the last few years.
havanaholly
Dura-Craft never did have a website when they were in business. I was very sorry to see them start reissuing their kits in MDF. They were more of a challenge to build, but really gave nice results; nothing like the unique designs & characteristics available with tab & slot design, but interesting in their way. genieDOLL
The Duracraft San Fran model 557 I'm rehabbing is MDF, and I must say that compared to the Old Tennyson by ArtPly which my mother made in the 80's, the MDF San Fran is built like a brick! It IS mega sturdy. Of course, it was assembled when I got it, so I was spared building it.
Stef
Does anyone know where I can get pieces for a Duracraft doll house? I got one at a thrift store and it’s missing some major pieces? Upon reading some of the comments I know the company is out of business but did anyone buy the company maybe?
havanaholly
No one bought Dura-Craft that I'm aware of. There was a seller ln Ebay who sold some of the wood parts for the various kits, but I don't know if they're still doing it.
