braided rug

Today I made a little braided country rug from some Peaches and Cream wool I found at Walmart. Cant really see the colors in this picture but its red, cream and yellow. Not perfect scale, but not bad looking for an evenings work. I braid and then sew the braids together.

No, it is not bad at all for an evening's work. Since rugs come in all sizes, the scale seems perfect enough for me. I love braided rugs, and this one adds a lot to the house. Everything looks so cozy.
