It begins...... 1/2 scale Jasmine Gothic

My plan is to challenge myself with some lots of woodwork and new things I haven't done before. I have parquet kits in that pile (never used them before)... the ceiling in the living room is going to be wood, and stencil and little medallions made from clay (I have one showing there in the bottom-ish left hand corner by the door)... the exterior is going to have some "tole" painting and a few other things I have been stirring around in my brain....

the inspiration for this build is Peles Castle in Romania... and while it won't really "look" like it... that is where my inspiration is coming from.... wish me luck... :)

fingers are itching.... I still need supplies... I best get over there and at least dry fit it so I can get some measurements, but I've been drooling over all the new pictures in the gallery
