The spiral staircase did not come with this kits, but they were gracious enough to sell me one separate... I am not sure I am going to be able to get it in this house... I'll have to do some adjustments to the height... but it will also take up a lot of room... but I wanted to show it off... 'cause it's just so cool

after staring at it for a good hour, measuring, thinking, scratching my head... I decided to leave it off this build. When I ordered it, I fully intended to use in this kit.... but it takes up nearly a 1/4 of the space downstairs... so I took it back apart and stored it away.... it WILL be used in another build.... perhaps the 1/2 Van Buren I bought.... or maybe even the Brimbles....
