what did you use to make the water?

Jeffrey... it's mostly Envirotex Resin..... I have found it works the best... I did use a cheaper resin mix I bought at Michaels for some of the lower levels... but it stayed tacky.... the Envirotex cures perfectly.... (it is a bit pricey tho.... I found some one Ebay that was more reasonable)
