I would like to know what you think about the spiral wood trim scale does it work? I like it, I think it works since this is a very large manor, but sometimes you look back and think ''what was I thinking?'' Today I am working on and staining more wainscotting for 3 more rooms and decided to fashion another door that fits and could be opened, early stage pictured here.

I think it adds a lot to the facade and works well with the quoins. I think if they were bigger, it would look "off".

I really like the middle section, in particular your carving. To me, the trim would look better on the house if it were just rounded without the spirals.The spirals seem very busy. I keep going back to look at the inspirational house picture. That's just my thought. The house is wonderful!
