cutting styrofoam

Debora59

This week end I tried cutting some thick stone sides for my wide steps here out of styrofoam and found that my Mikita hand held circular saw worked very well for this!

Cut, glued and painted the sides of the pool, I painted the bottom with a few different colors, one is a metalic blue. Then poured three layers of liquid ''Realistic Water'' from Woodland Scenes. They have another base that ends up looking like moving water, for streams waterfalls etc. I cannot wait to get my hands on some curved styrofoam rings for hedges, My husband gave me the idea of building a curved maze of hedges on each side with areas of taller trees and or colorful flowers , I am so excited to try that!
