Minsanity

This is the house that I told my husband we should not go get - a week later i checked to see if she still had it. Convinced that it was a sign when she said she did, off we went. It is more impressive in person.

This is for now in the garage on our old dining room table

When you purchase a house that is already constructed, how do you wire and decorate? Do you have to tear it down? I would think it would be nearly impossible to do the finish work once it is as far along as this one.

The wiring i have done in the past has always been after it is built, so I'm not concerned about that. As far as the decorating is concerned, i'm hoping i can get the window's and stairs out before painting and wallpapering.

I'm sure i will be asking rehab experts a lot of questions!

The house is very impressive to say the least. I asked in another post if you bought it assembled or from a kit, and now I have my answer.

For me the pre-assembly would be a plus, as long as I can decorate it on my own. I'm sure it won't be long before you start putting your own touches on it. That porch alone would be a joy to play with - uh, I mean a joy to work with.
