Mitred baseboard

Some people have asked me how I get the clean mitres for my baseboards, so I've written up a tutorial on my blog: http://www.otterine.com/blog/blog1.php/perfect-mitred-baseboards-a-tutorial For the Heritage build, I've left mine a bit rough and the corners imperfect to reflect the age of the house.
