Office Curtains

kreativitea75

These were my first attempt at using the Pretty Pleater. I learned it gets easier with more practice, and is quite a useful tool. Not sure I love them, but will not replace them until all the other curtains are done in the rest of the house.

They look great! I so want to get that tool! I've seen a few tutorials on how to make pleats without it (using pins) and it looks way to tedious and time consuming for me so the Pretty Pleaters are on my wish list!

Love the framework/valance on those windows!!! I'm assuming that's just a crown molding? I'm trying to figure out how to do my curtains and I don't really want a rod showing. I like how "clean" it looks.

Yup! I just used crown molding and glued the curtains to the inside: no rod needed. I have a few little curtain rods, and haven't had a need to use them yet. The bedroom curtains are just glued to a fabric covered piece of wood, too.

That is a great idea! Thanks for the tip, I have managed to avoid curtains in my last two houses but I am planning to try them in my current build.
