Carriage Lt placement

I love your colors! The house looks great. I myself wouldn't put one on the addition. I associate carriage lights with entry ways- but that is just me.

Is there a door at the far end?

Your front doorway is beautiful and the light on the addition takes my eye away from the front.

Hmmm, that's a good point. I was going to put a door on the side, but it is pretty small and I want to fit some furniture in there

I agree. Save your carriage light and keep the focus on the front door. It is so absolutely amazing that it will wonderful to keep it highlighted with the lights just there.
