The pipework underneath the water tanks is made from some soft silver metal piping that I bought from a railway enthusiasts shop. I tried filling it with sand so that I could bend the pipes into shape without then flattening but it didn't work properly and they split on the bends. So I made corner joints from fimo, baked them and then painted them green. They turned out ok in the end. Getting them to stick to the tanks and roof was tricky though.
