Hi, there! Well, I am adding my heartfelt congratulations onto your others! I am also fortunate enough to have this house, and mine was a real deal from another state also! It was a pretty good drive for me (in my poor OLD van), but I think it was totally worth it. I had to give up my kitchen island for it . . . it wouldn't fit anywhere else, but I went out & got a little bistro table & chairs, so voila! All good to go . . . .

It looks like it will be a very beautiful house! Good for you!

The instructions that came with the house were about 10th generation xeroxed copies of the originals, and none of the photos (all in b/w) were legible. I contacted Real Good Toys, and they sent me an e-mail with a download of the instructions which are a little better, but not much. I love the house, and paid a considerable amount of money for it. So I was less than impressed with the instructions sheets that came from the factory with a dollhouse that cost in excess (with the component set) of $1000.00. Given all of that, I look forward to getting it done and filling it with all of the miniatures I have amassed over the years. Congratulations on yours. It is lovely.
