I painted my egg carton stone wall. I was scared to do it because i didnt know if i had artistic ability to make stone look realistic. But im happy with how it came out, even though i know i need to improve my technique. Now my internal debate is should i add grout and try to keep it same slate color? Or leave it? Or grout with a different color? I was to figure it out before I add the chimney, which I plan on using the same stone as the foundation (I hope).

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm going to leave well enough alone and not add any grout. When I do chimney I will try to get stone a little closer.
