GirlPiper
We were clearing out old/damaged/faded/outdated mortarboard tassels in preparation for graduation, and I snagged all of the discards. I'm planning on fringe for rugs, etc. The other "find" was a clear plastic cover from a celebration sheet cake this week. Should be good for many large, flat windows.

havanaholly
Gloria, unravel one of the tassel strings to see if you get bunka.
GirlPiper
When we were stationed in Japan, the locals sold punch kits with that fringe stuff, then you brushed it out with a wire brush and it got really fluffy and fuzzy. I can't wait to play with it.
